Product Description

APPLICATIONS:
Suitable for low Denier staple fibers produced at high spinning speed(3000m/min max.),fixed length staple fibers,BCF and CF,nonwoven fabrics,cigarette tips and filters.We produce altogether over 130 grades of PP product.The product can be used to produce injection molding grade(homopolymer,copolymer,random copolymer),extruding grade,film grade,fiber grade,narrow band grade,matrix spanning and blow molding grade PP product.BYPC also developed several kinds of special PP resin,such as special PP resin used for film,washing machine,pipeline,automobile and medical product etc,which covers many aspects of PP application.
PROPERTIES:
PP product is a kind of ivory,translucent particles.It is non-toxic and odorless,with a density of 0.90-0.91g/cm3.PP is the lightest one among general resins.It has good processabilily,impact resistance,mechanical properties,heat resistance,chemical stability,insulation and flexibility.
